Parcel from UK!

Just a day before Valentine's, I received my parcel from Jean! Look what she got for me!

Here's the close up:Chocolates, candies, biscuits and a packet of instant casserole. The bars of chocolates melted during their journey, but I think it should be fine when I place it in the refrigerator.

4 small tubes of cosmetics-soap, lip gloss, hand moisturizer and body shimmer. I didn't request for them, but it's a pleasant surprise to receive them. (:

Jean sent this Jamie Oliver 2007 calendar a week or 2 before the other stuff. Though it's a tad bit crumpled, I still love it. (:

A cool choker. (Front and back view) I love the design, it's something different. Looks ancient, very special.

Hot pink purse with adorable frogs! Looks retro, eh? :]

My favourite-Paperchase! The magnets are captivating!

Paperchase sharpener. Very delightful, especially when it's one of my favourite animals-cats!

A mouse phone charm, how cute!

Yet another of my favourite-Harry Potter! Top Trump cards! I specially placed Draco Malfoy at the front of the deck, I love him, (just for fun!) besides Weasly twins. (:

Harry Potter pins! Unfortunately, some of the pins broke. (Bet the postman was rough!) I placed it back to it's position for this picture, though it's not really in place. I just like to admire them. (:

A colourful blank book. It's pretty!

Isn't this such a pretty hand-made card? How I wish this shoe is for real!

Jean has received my parcel as promised to send by air. She, along with her daughter, said that they love everything. (: I would love to swap with her again. Thanks for the splendid swap, Jean! :]

Parcel from Sweden!

Two days ago, when I opened the letter-box, I found a green envelope stuffed inside my letter box! It's my package from Sweden! I was shocked by how quick the package got from Sweden to Singapore-just within 3 to 4 days! I was trying to contain my happiness, but of course I couldn't. I was smiling from ear to ear when I saw what I received:

Here's the close up!

Hand-made Moomin cards. It's very kind of Malin to make a few for me, knowing that I like Moomin. So even though she was unable to get hold of this character in shops, she made cards for me. (:

Hand-made cylinder bag. This was a surprise! It's cute! I love the fabric.

Hand-made small tote bag. It's retro on the outside, sweet on the inside. Very lovely. (:

With a matching purse!

Super adorable hand-made amigurumi pastel-coloured teddy key chain!

1950's inspired hand-made kitten! It's so sweet! Notice the kitten's body? It's the same fabric as the inner part of the tote bag! (:

Disney note paper!

Pink letter set with a cute penguin!

3 pieces of retro printed fabric. One of which is the left over from my bag. (I'm going to learn how to sew soon!)

Printed tutorials on how to make toys and tote bag. It's very useful for a beginner like me. (:

Candies. The chocolate bar melted, so I quickly placed it in the refrigerator. :D

A (long) letter from her inside this envelope! (:

H&M Tinkerbell coin purse! Tiny yet sweet. :]

Vintage H&M necklace! It's so pretty! (:

Malin gave me so many hand-made stuff and they are so unique! The other stuff that she bought for me are very lovely too. I can't wait to use them and of course, start learning how to sew after my 'O' levels. However, I feel so bad sending her parcel by surface, which goes the same for Phyllis. I hope they will receive their parcel very soon. From now, I swear to send my parcel by air. I'll scrimp and save for the postage fee!

Nevertheless, I'd love to swap with Malin again. (:

Parcel from California!

My very first swap parcel arrived yesterday! And it's from Phyllis! (: Imagine being so worn out from extra class and upon reaching home, having to see a parcel waiting for you! That was how I felt. I was jumping for joy after being very patient (not exactly!) for about a week for the parcel to arrive all the way from California!

I opened the parcel with such delight to find it packed with wonderful stuff!

LIP-SMACKERS! I sort of requested for this, and look! 6 different flavours! The one in the pink pouch looks really sweet! (: I can't bear to use it!

Stationeries! Floral Paperchase bookmarks, very adorable sticky notes and (lots of love) funky pencils!

Lovely stickers! I love all of them. They're all so unique, especially the "bubble" (puffy) sticker! (:

This t-shirt was a surprise! Death Cab for Cutie is one of my favourite bands! It's kinda big though, but it's okay. I still love it. (:

Brochures(whoops! The price tag isn't supposed to be on one of the brochures!) and 2 postcards from her! How interesting to know how Phyllis's hometown looks like and the activities they have during winter!

A music and (my very first)photography magazine! I love them! What's more, they're 2007 issues! Splendid! (: (though I wouldn't mind past issues as well!)

Candies! Oh, she included vanilla pods and a sachet of raspberry flavoured cocoa powder! The most unique candy I've seen is the marshmallow fries with Kandy Ketchup! They're so cute! I can't bear to touch it! (Sorry the picture is kind of blur!)

Short and sweet message from Phyllis! I love her handwriting! (:

Phyllis's such a great person to swap with. I hope my parcel for her will arrive soon! (And hopefully not get lost at sea!) I wouldn't mind swapping with her again once she receives my package for her! (provided she likes it!) Thanks so much, Phyllis! (:
